Not a fan of this Subway I have gone to this Subway a few times a year over the past decade and the service is just meh.
If I use the drive-thru it is always wrong and I have to go in and have them remake it. They are always mad that I come in and make them make it over. Make it right the first time and don't get mad.
So I stopped using the drive-thru for a couple of years and just went in. Sometimes I would get a hello but mostly just a glance up from the person making the sandwiches. They are usually busy so I understand trying to work fast, but one can say hello.
The last time I stopped, I went through the drive-thru because I just wanted a drink and it was a touch screen which was very cool. Ordered my drink and drove up and paid for it. I am curious to go back and order a sandwich that way and see if it is made right. -

Don't bother going here. They don't give you hardly any toppings on your sandwich, even when you select the "more" option. They charge way too much for a chincey ass sandwich. People were not the friendliest either. What a effing ripoff

I was really wanted to grab something quick on my way home and this subway had a drive through. So my sister and I ordered our food on the little touch screen and we drove up to the window that you pay and get your food, and we waited like 20 minutes and finally got our food only to find that the 2 cookie meal we got turned into apple slices... IF I WANTED AN APPLE I WOULD HAVE GONE TO THE STORE, I DON'T WANT YOUR SLIMY APPLE SCICES!!!

My dine-in breakfast experience was A-OK. The service was fast, and somewhat friendly. The dining area was small, but clean. Not bad.

I used the drive up window - I placed my order on the touch screen menu outside. It was very user friendly for choosing sandwiches, condiments, and sides. I chose not to swipe payment outside and drove up to the window where I sat for almost ten minutes. I could see people inside but they would not acknowledge me at all. I even tried calling them from my car but they did not answer the phone! Just as I was ready to leave a woman came to get my payment. I complained to her about not acknowledging customers at the drive up but she just blew me of and said that was how they did it! I gave 2 stars based on the food - bread was fresh and sandwiches were made exactly as I had ordered them. Zero for staff attitude!
